31st Annual Pharmaceutical / Chemical Patent Practice Update

The tradition continues for the annual Pharmaceutical/Chemical Practice Seminar, back for its 31st Year!  Come hear practice tips, guidance, legal updates and summaries from leading experts.  The program will encompass a variety of cutting edge topics, including patent eligibility, inherent obviousness, criteria for injunctions, launch at risk, and inequitable conduct.

In addition to earning valuable CLE credits (and Ethics CLE), your program registration includes lunch, starting at noon, and two breaks, which are great opportunities to network with your fellow program participants and NJIPLA members.
